Kourtney Kardashian recently revealed an interesting little tidbit about her third child’s name Reign. It was almost used on her second child … spelled differently!
Young Reign Aston Disick, born last December 13 (on the same birthday as her first-born son Mason) was not the first child she considered naming that.
Penelope Disick (adorable, above) was almost given the moniker.
“I actually had the name on our list with Mason,” she admits.
“Then with Penelope, I had it on the list again but spelled R-A-I-N … Once I found out I was having a boy (last year), we just changed the spelling again.”
Third time’s the charm for this regal youngster!
Kourtney also revealed that little Reign Aston Disick gets hand-me-downs from cousin North West, the only daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West!
The Kardashian sisters also collaborating these days with Nordstroms on the Kardashian Kids Collection, their new clothing collection just for the kids.
Adds Kourtney of working with Kim Kardashian:
“We take a lot of pride in the line and we’re all kind of perfectionists and very detail oriented. We put so much into it and constantly sending references to each other.”
Regarding her own kids’ tastes, Kourtney adds, “Mason is very picky with what he wears. I think it’s fun to let him have that expression. He’s all about comfort.”
As for her baby names … where does Reign rank among the craziest celebrity selection of all time? Not as high as North … or some of these others:
